Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the operator” refer to Elaine The Label.

Before placing an order, customers are given access to these Terms in a durable and reviewable format.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or display settings.

Prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and customs information are clearly disclosed before checkout.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

An agreement is concluded once the customer completes checkout and payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

ARTICLE 7 – REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hygiene products with broken seals

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES & TAXES

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Prices displayed at checkout are final.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY & WARRANTY

We guarantee that all products conform to the description and reasonable quality standards.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days.
Orders are fulfilled via trusted international logistics partners and shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

ARTICLE 12 – PAYMENT

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
In case of payment failure or chargeback abuse, we reserve the right to suspend future orders.

ARTICLE 13 – COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be submitted via email to info@elainethelabel.com within 7 days of delivery.
We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

ARTICLE 14 – LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elaine The Label and Bravo Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country of residence (including the United Kingdom where applicable).

ARTICLE 16 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 17 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
